Juvenile arrested for fatal shooting

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a male juvenile has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 36-year-old Virginia Beach man.
According to Jimmy Barnes with the Virginia Beach Police Department, Rene Rivera was found suffering from one gunshot wound just after 11 p.m. Nov. 17 on the 600 block of Winding Way.
Rivera was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Barnes says the juvenile has been charged with murder and is being held at the Virginia Beach Detention Center.
