VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Two weeks ago, 10 On Your Side did a story about safe driving a day ahead of the New Year's Eve holiday and Sandra Hofstadler was interviewed.
On Jan. 19, H ofstadler was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving and maiming after police say she hit three children and an adult with her truck.

Thursday's charge marks Hofstadler's second DUI offense.
