VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - In order to remove a tower crane, workers in Virginia Beach will be closing Atlantic Avenue to through traffic on Wednesday.
Drew Lankford with the Department of Public Works in Virginia Beach said workers will close Atlantic Avenue between 34th Street and 36th Street Wednesday through Friday at the following times:
The tower crane crews are removing is located between the Sheraton Hotel and the Ocean Beach Club at 35th Street.
Traffic for 35th Street will be able to access the road from Pacific Avenue, Lankford said.
