Arrests made in late December shooting

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Police have arrested two teens in connection to a shooting at the end of December.
Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department said a male victim was shot near the intersection of Baker Road and Newtown Road on Dec. 27 around 2:30 p.m.
Further investigation led police to two suspects identified as Tyrek Trevon Kennedy and Quincy Lamark Pepper, both 18 and of Virginia Beach. Kennedy and Pepper were arrested and charged with aggravated assault and use of a firearm in commission of a crime.
