VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Fire investigators are looking into what caused a dumpster to catch fire Wednesday night in the Kempsville section of Virginia Beach.
Firefighters responded to the call of a fire at Cascades Apartments late Wednesday and were greeted by smoke and flames coming from the dumpster.
An investigation is ongoing.
