Actor settles dispute with Va Beach company

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - Actor Corbin Bernsen and a Virginia Beach company have settled a breach-of-contract dispute.
The Virginian-Pilot reports terms of the settlement weren't disclosed.
The settlement Thursday came a day after jury selection began in Bernsen's lawsuit against Innovative Legal Marketing LLC in U.S. District Court in Norfolk.
Bernsen's lawsuit had claimed the company canceled his $1 million, five-year contract in June 2011. The company hired Bernsen in 2009 to do promotional work.
A countersuit filed by the company had claims Bernsen breached the contract by violating a morality clause.
