WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) - A tractor trailer accident on Interstate 64 westbound in Williamsburg is causing delays for drivers.
Virginia State Police asked VDOT to block all lanes of traffic near the crash scene. Traffic was being rerouted onto the Lightfoot exit on I-64.
Thursday evening, only one lane remained blocked.
Police say the single vehicle accident occurred just after 1 p.m. Thursday.
Images and video from WAVY TV 10 viewers show smoke in the distance coming from the tractor trailer.
No word on any injuries.
