HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton police are seeking a suspect in connection with the burglary of a Tommy's Restaurant, located at 3406 W. Mercury Blvd.
The robbery took place on February 28 at approximately 9:20 p.m. When police arrived at the scene, they found the front door shattered and the cash register missing. Police say the suspect broke through the door and stole the register, which contained an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect, who police say appears to be male and in his mid-30s to early-40s, left the parking lot in a red or burgundy Isuzu Rodeo. He was wearing an orange skull cap, a black leather jacket, jeans, and white and black tennis shoes.
