Man charged with fraudulent returns

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A Suffolk man has been arrested and charged with one count of embezzlement after fraudulent returns at an Advance Auto Parts.
Debbie George with the City of Suffolk says Daniel Cody Roberts was involved in fraudlent returns at the Advance Auto Parts located in the 1500 block of North Main Street in Suffolk. The embezzlements took place between Dec. 14 and Jan. 26.
George says about $800 was embezzled, and the incidents were reported on Feb. 4.
On employee was also involved in the incident.
