Route 17 off-ramp to re-open Friday

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The Virginia Department of Transportation says the Route 17 north off-ramp will re-open Friday, Feb. 3 for morning rush hour.
Crews closed the exit 9A ramp, located on I-664 north, Tuesday night for emergency maintenance. The maintenance consisted of removing and replacing concrete.
