SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Suffolk police are looking for a suspect accused stealing a credit card from a parked car in the 100 blk. of North Main Street Wednesday and then using that card at a convenience store on Carolina Road.

Police say sometime between the hours of 1:30 and 3:45 Thursday morning someone broke into the car and removed a wallet containing the credit card.

Surveillance video (posted to the left of this story) caught a female suspect using the card at the convenience store. Police say the suspect appears to be a black female with a heavy build, wearing her hair in a pony tail.

If you can help police identify the suspect you're asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Information leading to an arrest may qualify for an award of up to $1,000.
