NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Legendary artist Stevie Wonder will hold a free concert Monday night at Norfolk Scope for the Obama for America campaign.
A long line began to form outside hours before the event.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and Olympians Gabby Douglas and Francena McCorory, Congressman Bobby Scott and congressional candidate Paul Hirschbiel will be in attendance.
The event is free and open to the public and a ticket is required for entrance. Tickets were distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
