PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - A small fire sparked at a Portsmouth thrift store early Friday morning.
Firefighters on scene at P-Town Thrift located in the 3900 block of Turnpike Road told WAVY.com around 6:15 a.m. people were inside the store when the fire sparked. The owner attempted to put the fire out with a garden hose.
The cause remains under investigation.
