PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - A Portsmouth home that was the location of a triple homicide and an arson earlier in the month has been damaged again in a second fire, also ruled an arson.
Anna Silva with the Portsmouth Fire Department said the second fire sparked around 1:20 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of Lincoln Street. When they arrived, they found a small fire in the rear of the house that was put under control about 30 minutes later.
This is the second fire to spark at the home. Just a week prior, crews responded to the home for a fire, which they determined was an arson.
It's the same house where three people were shot to death on July 13. On that day, officers arrived just before 1 a.m. and found three men with gunshot wounds. A fourth person inside the home was not hurt.
Police identified the victims as Elijah Randall, 27, Marcus Allen, 28, and Marcus Parker, 30.
There is still no suspect in any of the cases.
Anna Silva with the Portsmouth Fire Department says both fires have been ruled arson.
