PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Portsmouth fires crews battled a fire Saturday morning that damaged two sheds, an RV and caused minor damage to the back of a home.

Firefighters responded to a report of a residential structure fire in the 3700 block of Deep Creek Blvd. at around 10:06 a.m.

When crews arrived on the scene they discovered a detached shed had caught on fire and had spread to another adjacent shed. A recreational vehicle was also damaged in the fire and the back of a house also suffered some minor damage, according to a Fire Dept. spokesman.

Crews were able to bring the fire under control at 10:23 a.m.

No one was injured and the cause and origin of the fire are under investigation.
