PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - A new Kroger Marketplace in Portsmouth could bring 400 jobs to the area in early 2014.
Developers are planning to build the store on a 13-acre area in the old IC Norcom High School lot, near Wal-Mart.
The $20 million project could bring $750,000 in tax revenue to the city.
