VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - For 71 year, local survivors have gathered at Joint Expeditionary base Little-Creek Fort Story to remember their fallen shipmates.

The number of local Pearl Harbor survivors has dwindled, but their resolve to ensure that America never forgets that day has not diminished.
