18 vehicles scratched or keyed

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk police are investigating a case where at least 18 vehicles on the same street were scratched or "keyed".

People in the 1700 to 1900 blocks of Kingston Avenue discovered the damage Tuesday morning.

There have been no arrests.

Police spokesman Chris Amos said they anticipate additional reports of damage.
