Snow cancels Norfolk Step Up event

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - This year's "Step Up for the Up Center" event at Dominion Tower in Norfolk won't take place because of inclement weather.
Organizations decided the eve of the event to cancel due to safety concerns for volunteers, participants and guests.
Saturday's event will not be rescheduled.
Beginning Monday at 1 p.m., registrants may pick up their Step Up goody bags and t-shirts at The Up Center's corporate office at 222 W. 19th St in Norfolk.
