NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a verbal dispute led to a stabbing just before 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
The incident occurred in a parking lot on campus at 1069 W. 49th St.
Police charged 22-year-old Yosef Riad with two counts of felonious assault.
According to police, Riad took out a knife after an altercation with two other people at the scene. Both Riad and the two victims were transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and later released.
Riad was taken into custody after being released from the hospital.
