NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Police are looking for a man who reportedly failed to appear in court.

Karen Parker-Chesson with the Norfolk Police Department said officers were searching for Carlos Sullivan who stands 5’6” and weighs 160 pounds. Sullivan has black hair and a dark brown complexion.

Sullivan is known to frequent the areas of Holt Street and Kappital Kutz on Brambleton Avenue. Anyone with information is asked to call Norfolk Police at 757-664-7032 or the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
