Norfolk dedicates new elementary school

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A special dedication ceremony was held for Norfolk's newest school and community center.

City leaders joined the school community at Crossroads Elementary School in Ocean View Friday morning.

The $25 million school opened Sept. 4. It boasts computer labs, music, art rooms and an art pavilion.
