NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The fun in downtown Norfolk is underway for Harborfest 2011.

Town Point Park shut down for a short period on Thursday due to a thunderstorm threat, but has since reopened.

WAVY News 10's Nicole Livas was outside for the action.
