Nat'l Guard to conduct air test Tuesday

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The Air National Guard will be conducting an air defense exercise over Hampton Roads between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15.

According to a news release from the Air National Guard, the exercise will be evaluating Fort Eustis-based Vermont Air National Guard's 158th Fighter Wing.

The exercise will involve a C-21 Air Force passenger jet, a small Civil Air Patrol Cessna 182 airplane and two F-16 fighter jets, which will namely fly over Norfolk and Danville.
