NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk police were called to the scene of a accident involving a HRT bus Wednesday afternoon.
Tom Holden, with HRT, said according to a police incident report, a black Mountaineer hit a Hampton Roads Transit bus at the intersection of St. Pauls Boulevard and Main Street just before 2 pm.
The operator of the bus was not injured, but Holden said three people were taken to Sentara Norfolk. Holden was not sure if the injured individuals were on the bus or not.
Holden added that the bumper came off the SUV.
Any pending charges are not known at this time.
