NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Jill McGlone, the woman who collected more than $300,000 for a job she didn't do, and four other former Community Services Board workers appeared in court Wednesday.

Attorneys for the four ex-employees maintain they did not commit fraud and tried to alert superiors that McGlone was getting paid while on administrative leave for 12 years.

Wednesday, the judge gave City Attorney Bernard Pishko 21 days to re-file his case with more specifics as to how the four employees committed fraud by processing McGlone's payments.

McGlone is also named in the suit, but the judge said he would rule on her case separately at a later date. McGlone is representing herself and the judge said he did not have time to review her statements.

Also, documents obtained by 10 On Your Side give some insight on why McGlone was on leave from CSB in the first place.

According to the documents, McGlone told the mother of a man she was sexually involved with the HIV status of a CSB patient. The documents go on to state that the patient had a sexual relationship with the same man as McGlone.
