NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A portion of Hampton Boulevard has reopened following a DUI crash, according to police.
Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department said the crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. when a driver hit a telephone pole between 24th Street and 38th Street.
Police closed the northbound lanes of Hampton Boulevard from 24th Street as well as the southbound lanes from 38th Street. Traffic was rerouted at Colley Avenue.
All lanes reopened by 6:45 a.m., Amos said.
Amos said there were no injuries, but further information has not been released at this time.
