NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A car slammed into a gas pump during an accident Wednesday in Norfolk.
Three vehicles were involved in the 7 a.m. crash at the Shell gas station on N. Military Highway, according to police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson.
Several of the accident victims were injured and taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
When the crash happened in front of the gas station, one of the vehicles veered into the gas station parking lot and hit a gas pump, said Parker-Chesson.
Police did not release any information regarding charges or what may have caused the crash.
