NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A man has been arrested in connection with a Norfolk homicide that occurred last month.
Karen Parker-Chesson with the Norfolk Police Department says 23-year-old Devin Stephon Walker was arrested without incident July 30 in the 300 block of Olney Road, shortly before midnight.
Walker is the second suspect arrested in connection with the homicide of 33-year-old Brashawn Darryl-Lee Davis, Sr. Dewanna Shantia Walker, 31, who is Devin Walker's sister, was also arrested.
Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department says Davis was shot and killed shortly after midnight on July 22 at the intersection of Nicholson Street and Whitaker Lane.
