Crews called to bomb threat in NNews

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) - Emergency responders in Newport News are clearing the scene of a bomb threat incident on Warwick Boulevard.

Crews were called to the 12000 block of Warwick Boulevard just before 5 p.m.

Police spokesman Harold Eley said the incident was NOT on the campus of Christopher Newport University.

The building was evacuated, but no device was found.
