FRANKLIN, Va. (WAVY) - Money Mailer , which produces coupons and advertisements, is planning to close its Franklin location.
Company spokesperson Jeanne Stanley told WAVY.com they are closing the location on Progress Way to remain competitive. Stanley said they will be outsourcing production to another vendor in Virginia.
The Franklin location provides 75 jobs that focus on production, to include press operations, insulator operations, and shipping and receiving for coupons and advertisements.
Stanley said the company has not set a closing date.
They are offering the employees a separation package and some may seek jobs at the Virginia outsourcing production location.
Money Mailer is based out of Garden Grove, Calif.
The Franklin location has been in operation since 2003.
