VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - The 13-year-old Virginia Beach boy who flew to Haiti's capital city on Tuesday afternoon with his uncle has made contact with his parents.
Andrew Foster's mother confirmed that both he and his great-uncle are alive. He contacted them via Skype and said that they are staying at a hotel, are both shaken up, but fine.
