Charged with indecent exposure, sexual battery

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A North Carolina man is behind bars in Virginia Beach, charged with committing sexual acts at a local mall.
Darrin Smith was arrested Saturday and charged with Indecent Exposure and Sexual Battery.
Police say shoppers saw Smith exposing himself and performing a sex act at the Lynnhaven Mall Victoria's Secret.
Smith is being held without bond.
