WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - A former area nursing home faces yet another multi-million dollar lawsuit.

WAVY.com learned a man filed a suit on Friday against Ruxton Health of Williamsburg for nearly $33 million over his mother's death. Lorina Wiggins died in the care of the facility in March of 2008.

Wiggins' son claims employees left her with open wounds and sores which caused a deadly infection.

In August another family filed a similar suit against Ruxton. Roper Houston died in 2007 following a fall.

Another company bought Ruxton's facilities earlier this year.
