Exchange student assaulted at gunpoint

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Virginia Beach police have released a composite sketch of the suspect believed to have robbed and sexually assaulted an exchange student early Monday morning.
Police have a very general description of the suspect. He is described as a black man, 5'10", medium build, with very close shaved hair. View the composite sketch in the "Photo" box to the left of this story.
The victim, an exchange student from Belarus, was walking by herself at around 12:45 a.m. Monday near Loran Court and 24th Street. Police say a man approached her from behind and demanded money at gunpoint. Police say she handed over her money, then he grabbed her and pulled her into an area behind the townhomes on Loran Court and sexually assaulted her.
