Beach police seek robbery suspect

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police say a male victim was pushed to the ground, assaulted and robbed by two male suspects in the parking lot of Collins Square Shopping Center in Virginia Beach.

According to police, the suspects fled the scene on foot across Virginia Beach Blvd. toward Bally's Fitness with the victim's backpack, which contained a laptop computer. Surveillance video captured the suspects on camera moments before the incident (pictures left).

Suspect number one is described as a black male, 16 to 19 years old, 5'11" to 6'1" tall, 150 to 160 pounds, with a buzz haircut. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes.

Suspect number two is described as a black male, 17 to 19 years old, 5'10" to 5'11" tall, 140 to 150 pounds, with a buzz haircut. He wore a dark red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
