Robbery suspect sought in VB

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Beach police tell WAVY.com a man robbed a BB&T Bank, located in the 5200 blk. of Princess Anne Road on Monday, December 1. They say the man was armed with a handgun and plastic shopping bag. He approached the teller, demanded money. The teller complied and the suspect then fled on toward the Dollar General Store. It's unknown if a getaway vehicle was involved.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5'8"-5'9" tall, weighing 150-170lbs. He was last seen wearing a black ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt, black gloves, and white sneakers. He was carrying a black handgun.
