Argument leads to critical injuries

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - Police tell WAVY.com a man remains unconscious and in critical condition after being severely beaten by his roommate Saturday.

Police say 37-year-old Joshua H. Moseley and his two roommates went to a bar Saturday night. When they returned to their home in the Chesapeake Beach section of the city, Moseley got into an argument with with one of the roommates, while the other roommate was outside. According to police, Moseley attacked the man in the kitchen and fled the scene, leaving his roommate suffering severe head trauma. When the other roommate returned from outside he immediately called 911.

Police have since arrested Moseley and charged him with Malicious Assault. He's being held at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center without bond.
