Suspects wanted for shooting teen

PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Police now have charges on file for two suspects wanted in connection with shooting a Portsmouth 13-year-old in September.

Officers are looking for 18-year-old Jerrit Allen on Malicious Wounding and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony charges. 20-year-old Keonte Key is also wanted by police, on two counts of Felonious Assault and two counts of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. He is considered armed and dangerous and is believed to be a member of the "Blood" gang.

Police say the 13-year-old victim was shot at around 1:15 p.m. on September 3 in the 1500 block of Lansing Avenue.
