Chesapeake police have identified one of two suspects wanted in the brutal attack of a Chanello's pizza worker.

A warrant has been secured against 24-year-old Adam Knight of Suffolk for Malicious Wounding. Police tell WAVY.com they have identified a potential second suspect, but his involvement is still under investigation, so no charges are currently pending against him.

Police spokesperson Dorienne Boykin tells WAVY.com the incident happened on Saturday, when the two men (seen in the surveillance picture to the left of this page) walked into Chanello's Pizza on Volvo Parkway.

Boykin said the pair appeared drunk, got out of hand and were asked to leave after they paid for their pizza.

When they left, Boykin said they attacked an employee outside. The man was hit in the face and head. The worker suffered a fractured eye socket, a fractured jaw, a torn ear lobe, and required multiple stitches.

If you have any information that could lead police to Mr. Knight, call the Crime Line at 1-888-Lock-U-Up.
