HAMPTON, Va. - State police were on the scene of a five car accident eastbound at the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) Wednesday morning. Traffic is no longer at a stand still.
Virginia State police spokesperson Michelle Cotten tells WAVY.com the accident was a chain reaction involving multiple vehicles. Two injuries have been reported. The extent of injuries is unknown.
All lanes have been reopened.
