Body found identified

    CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Chesapeake police say a male body was discovered November 20, on Douglas Road. The body has been identified as that of Jose R. Rodriguez-Maneia.

    According to police, it appears Rodriguez-Maneia was the victim of  a homicide.
