VB arson suspect captured in Richmond

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Richmond police arrested a suspect wanted in connection with a Virginia Beach storage facility fire.

Police arrested 22-year-old Dustin Hess at a Richmond bus terminal and charged him with two counts of Felony Arson. He will be transferred to the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility.

Fire investigators credit Crime Solver tips with helping them solve this case.

22-year-old Joshua Hutchins of Virginia Beach was also arrested and charged with Arson in connection with the fire at AAAA Self Storage fire on September 24

Surveillance video caught the pair setting fire to several AAAA storage units. No one was injured in the fire. Investigators say the video helped greatly in tracking Hutchins down.
