VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Virginia Beach fire investigators have arrested a suspect in connection with the AAAA Self Storage fire on September 24. They're still looking for a second suspect.
Officials tell WAVY.com 22-year-old Joshua Hutchins of Virginia Beach was arrested Monday morning and charged with Arson.
Fire officials are still looking for a second suspect, identified as 22-year-old Dustin Lee Hess of Virginia Beach. Officials believe Hess also played a part in the arson. Hess is known to frequent the Oceanview section of Norfolk.
Surveillance video caught the pair setting fire to several AAAA storage units. No one was injured in the fire. Investigators say the video helped greatly in tracking Hutchins down.
