JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Police in James City County arrested a woman accused of stealing from a customer at a local business where she worked.

Police tell WAVY.com Tiffany Rainey took it upon herself to use a customer's credit card, either left at the business or never given back. Police say Rainey made several purchases for herself with the stolen card.

Rainey has been charged with felony credit card theft, misdemeanor credit card fraud and misdemeanor obtaining goods under false pretenses.
