Indoor marijuana operation uncovered

CURRITUCK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) - Currituck County narcotics officers have arrested two men after they uncovered an indoor marijuana manufacturing operation and bomb making materials in a residence, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.

Daniel Allen Robinson II and Timothy Brian Robinson were arrested after police executed a search of a residence, where they found the marijuana and bomb making materials. Investigators also discovered nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and other plants investigators say are poisonous and believed to be used to extract deadly chemicals.

Daniel Robinson was arrested in Chesapeake, Va., and Timothy was arrested in Currituck County on drug charges, police said.
