HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Police say 18-year-old Rahmeal Latrey Perry is now behind bars, charged with two January 2013 homicides.
According to Sgt. Jason Price with the Hampton Police Division, 30-year-old Joseph L. McQueen and 24-year-old Clifton K. Christian were found shot to death during the early morning hours of Jan. 19 in the 3500 block of Kecoughtan Road, at the White Oaks Lodge.
Perry was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of murder and two counts of use of firearm in the commission of a felony.
