HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will hopes someone at this weekend’s tattoo convention will help solve old cold cases.
Larry Hill with the Virginia Department of Health said the OCME will have a booth at the Hampton Roads Tattoo Festival at the Hampton Convention Center displaying several tattoo posters. The hope is a tattoo artist or someone attending the convention will recognize a tattoo and help solve a cold case.
