House fire reported in Hampton

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - A home under renovation in Hampton caught fire Wednesday morning.
Capt. Jeff Perrera with the Hampton Fire Division said the fire was in the first block of Fallmeadow Court. Firefighters responded to the home around 8 a.m. after a neighbor reported a fire.
Once on scene, crews found an area smoldering and were able to knock the fire down quickly.
