Fort Monroe Authority wants input

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - The first public land planning meeting for Fort Monroe is set, and officials want to hear from you.

The Fort Monroe Authority scheduled the public meeting for March 29, with two sessions set for 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

During each session, the public will be introduced to the lead consultant for the project and get to share what they would like to see at the national monument.

The meeting will be held in Building 75, located at 110 Pratt Street at Fort Monroe. Interested individuals can register by phone at 757-251-2746 or online .
